I am an experienced eating disorder specialist therapist and a certified clinical trauma professional who is dedicated in helping adults recover and heal from eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I was also a former nurse so I am experienced in helping people with chronic illnesses.

I help clients struggling with eating disorders, past traumas, anxiety, mood disorders, and co-occurring disorders. I work with individuals, provide family sessions, and have facilitated groups to help promote clients towards recovery; from adolescent to adults. I have been in the mental health industry since 2012 and have worked as a psychiatric nurse as well. My experience includes working in psychiatric hospitals, residential facilities, acute crisis units, community mental health, and in private practice. I have specialize training and supervision in eating disorders and in working with trauma and clients in crisis.
I work with eating disorders and body image using a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens. I am trained in therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also use CBT, DBT skills, exposure therapy, ACT, and expressive ART therapy. I also approach counseling with a trauma focused lens.
