About me
I am an experienced mental health and substance use disorder therapist who is dedicated to helping women, men, and children achieve healing from trauma/substances through a variety of evidence-based therapies. My mission is to help people of all ages achieve emotional wellness, authenticity, and inner peace.
I own and operate Lotus Counseling LLC in the Platte River Counseling Professionals building at 409 N Jeffers St. in North Platte, NE. I offer outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services in person and via telehealth. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Certified-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT), Licensed Equine Facilitation through (Registered Trademark) Touched by a Horse (Registered Trademark), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am also a Nebraska Registered Service Provider for probation, offering adult and juvenile alcohol/drug/co-occurring assessments. I am Certified in Equine Facilitation and look forward to helping individuals, teams (business, corporate, sports), and families strengthen leadership, communication, and professional relationships.
