About me
I help people make sense of the patterns that keep them feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Our work together is about building clarity, connection, and self-trust—so you can move through life with more ease and intention.
I’m a therapist who believes real change begins with curiosity and compassion, not self-criticism. My work is relational and insight-oriented, grounded in the idea that therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and making sense of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected. In our work together, we’ll slow down and explore what’s beneath the surface—the feelings, experiences, and stories that shape how you move through the world. I’ll help you build both insight and practical tools to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your daily life. Clients often come to me when they’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and supportive, offering space to feel understood while also gently inviting growth.
If you’ve been trying to hold it all together on your own, you don’t have to anymore. Therapy can be a place to set things down, gain clarity, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have felt lost along the way.
