About me
I specialize in working with clients across various life stages, with a particular passion for supporting teenagers, young adults, women, and couples.
I completed my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and feel honored to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
I specialize in working with clients across various life stages, with a particular passion for supporting teenagers, young adults, women, and couples. My experience includes helping clients work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, postpartum anxiety and depression, women’s issues, and sexual trauma.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply tailored to your unique story. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns, discover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to begin, I’m here to help you find clarity and renewed hope.
For those who desire a faith-based component to therapy, I offer spiritual integration—honoring the role of spirituality in the healing process and meeting you where you are on your journey.
I’m also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator and provide premarital counseling for couples seeking to build a strong, intentional foundation for their relationship.
Above all, my goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward greater emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.
