About me
I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by life changes find steadiness, clarity, and a way forward. With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through grief, uncertainty, and transition—and three years of full-time clinical counseling in an integrated primary care setting—I bring both warmth and practical skill to our work together.
Clients often come to me feeling anxious, exhausted, grieving a loss, navigating chronic illness, struggling in relationships, or facing a major life decision. I offer a calm, grounded, and compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re going through.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, drawing from evidence-based therapy while honoring each person’s values and beliefs. We focus on practical coping strategies, emotional awareness, and small, meaningful steps that support resilience and change. If faith or spirituality is important to you, I’m comfortable integrating that into our work in a thoughtful, non-judgmental way. If not, therapy remains fully client-centered and guided by what matters most to you.
I have experience working with adults and families around anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, health-related behavior change, grief, and relationship challenges. I believe counseling works best when you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.
My goal is to walk alongside you at a pace that feels right—helping you regain a sense of balance, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.
