About me
Do you feel anxious or depressed? Maybe you’re not even sure why. But you’re here because you’re ready to make a change in your life and your relationships. And I'm here to help you with practical tools to overcome hurts from childhood, and build the life and healthy relationships you want. My primary treatment method is through the Healing Our Core Issues Institute, which is based on the work of Pia Mellody.
Clients describe me as someone who is compassionate and someone who will "tell it like it is." I believe that most problems in our relationship and well-being come from unmet needs in childhood. Through therapy we can develop self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and assertive communication. These are skills we can all learn to help us feel better.
