About me

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist-I offer deeply compassionate, non-judgmental therapy rooted in authenticity and real human connection, bringing calm, curiousity, and clarity, illuminating a passage to your truest self.

My practice is person centered and informed by numerous therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, EFT, Psychodynamic, and Experiential therapy. I particularly like using guided visualizations, art and play therapy, IFS parts work, and mindfulness based techniques. I will help you explore YOU in a safe space free from judgement, where your authentic SELF can emerge to be seen, heard, and thrive. Whatever you may be feeling, is okay, it very well might be exactly where you are supposed to be. But you do not need to stay stuck. You do not need to stay unhappy, unfulfilled, or in pain. You do not need to walk this alone.

With over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges—I bring a myriad of life experiences, authenticity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey to my work with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, identity exploration, codependent behaviors, self esteem building, existential crises...

This practice is a good fit for adults and couples, who are thoughtful, introspective, and open to experiential therapy. Many clients come in feeling anxious, overextended, or disconnected from themselves—struggling with boundaries, people-pleasing, or the sense that they’ve been putting everyone else first. Clients can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and attuned therapeutic relationship. Treatment focuses on increasing self-awareness, strengthening boundaries, reducing anxiety, and supporting identity development through experiential and relational interventions. Therapy is paced thoughtfully and tailored to each client’s needs. I work best with adults and couples who want therapy to feel human, spacious, and emotionally meaningful. Sessions often involve slowing down, tuning inward, and gently exploring the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

I may not be the right fit for clients who are not open to self-reflection, emotional exploration, or collaborative therapy. This includes those who are seeking quick fixes, external advice, or someone to tell them what to do, rather than engaging in a process of shared curiosity and growth.

Additionally, I am not the best fit for clients who require a higher level of care than outpatient therapy can provide, such as those experiencing active psychosis, unmanaged substance dependence, or acute safety concerns. In these cases, I am committed to helping connect clients with appropriate resources and support.

When you develop a relationship with a caring, attuned therapist you will find new ways to solve problems, heal old wounds, and change the way you live your life. I would be honored to support you on your path toward healing and fulfillment, helping you be the person you want to be, in congruence with your truest self and core values.
