About me
I offer deeply compassionate, non-judgmental therapy rooted in authenticity and real connection.
My practice is person centered and informed by numerous therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, EFT, Psychodynamic, and Experiential therapy. I particularly like using guided visualizations, art and play therapy, IFS parts work, and mindfulness based techniques. I will help you explore YOU in a safe space free from judgement, where your authentic SELF can emerge to be seen, heard, and thrive. Whatever you may be feeling, is okay, it very well might be exactly where you are supposed to be. But you do not need to stay stuck. You do not need to stay unhappy, unfulfilled, or in pain. You are not alone, and I want to help you.
With over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges—I bring a myriad of life experiences, authenticity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey to my work with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, identity exploration, codependent behaviors, self esteem building, existential crises
When you develop a relationship with a caring, attuned therapist you will find new ways to solve problems, heal old wounds, and change the way you live your life. I would be honored to support you on your path toward healing and fulfillment, helping you be the person you want to be, in congruence with your truest self
