Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

About me
I am an experienced family therapist serving children and adults coping with anxiety, trauma and poor self-esteem. I am dedicated to helping clients be the best version of themselves.
As you can see, I work with my dog, Daisy. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. The children especially love her. Daisy helps me teach important lessons to the children in a fun way. I provide play therapy for the children using different modalities. Sand tray is useful for all ages and has helped in treatment of trauma and nightmares. I use the Virginia Satir model in helping clients work toward wholeness and connection to self and with others. The most important relationship we have is with ourselves.
