I'm a licensed psychotherapist helping adults overcome the impact of a difficult childhood.
The long-tail of trauma or the experience of adverse events in childhood, can leave you with a life time of struggle as it impacts your relationships, work or career ambitions, as well as your health, well-being and self efficacy.
I utilize attachment-focused EMDR and third-wave CBT to shift the long-standing patterns of negative or obstructing thought & behavior. My work is holistic and integrative, influenced by current research in cognitive and affective neuroscience as well as Buddhist psychology.
