About me
The mission of Sunflower Psychological Services is to provide quality evidence-based services to individuals who are motivated to make positive changes in the areas of work, relationships, performance, health and life.
Our focus is on providing psychotherapy and a variety of consultation services to adolescents and adults. Our mission is to provide quality services to individuals who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives. We help people cope with mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression), physical health issues (e.g., sleep, eating, illnesses, injuries, chronic pain, caregiving), relationships, and culture/language challenges.
We can assist with developmental and performance issues such as those found in career, workplace, business, academics/education, sports, fitness, performing arts, and life in general. While many different forms of counseling exist, we provide respectful, strengths-based, supportive holistic services that help to build on what works for any individual at their own developmental level.
We provide personalized interventions that have been empirically supported in the psychological literature to assist with promoting positive life changes.
