About me
I am a Professional Counseling Associate and I am dedicated to working with teens and adults to help cope with anxiety, depression, major life transitions or grief/loss.
You might be feeling overwhelmed by life, it could be you are going through a life crisis or major life transition, maybe you are a parent and feeling helpless, perhaps you feel depressed, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or you are grieving a loss of a loved one, a relationship or a job. You might have tried so many ways to cope and have found yourself just needing a place to find some sort of relief from all of life's stressors. Or maybe you just need a space to talk and process difficult experiences in order to find healing.
I offer a genuine care for my clients and work to find the best approaches to fit their needs. I work with specific areas such as healing emotional wounds, building new skills to help regulate difficult emotions, and working through difficult experiences of that are connected to grief/loss and or trauma.
Reaching out and making that first appointment can feel like a lot and sometimes is comes with different levels of uncertainty. Knowing that this can be a big step is why I like to offer a free 15-20minute phone consultation in order to see if we would be a good fit to being your counseling journey with.
