About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work has centered on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, while also addressing grief, self-esteem concerns, and the weight of guilt and shame.
I specialize in helping clients cultivate self-love and work through social anxiety and phobias. I believe that healing begins when we learn to extend compassion to ourselves, and I'm committed to creating a therapeutic space where that becomes possible.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for each person's unique journey. I work with clients of all backgrounds and bring a secular, values-affirming perspective to our work together. I'm particularly honored to support older adults and those seeking a therapist whose values align with their own.
I believe you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you with genuine care, curiosity, and support. Taking this step toward healing takes courage, and I'm truly grateful to be part of your journey.
