About me
Hello and welcome. I am humbled and grateful to have the opportunity to do what I love, and that is to help people. As life ebbs and flows it can be helpful to obtain support in working through those difficult and challenging moments. If you are reading this then you have taken a huge step toward obtaining the support you need. I believe in building a trusting therapeutic relationship that leads to empowerment and growth while also encouraging self-advocacy.
I have experience using different therapy approaches to help people, including techniques for changing negative thought patterns, focusing on solutions, and managing emotions. I've worked with a variety of individuals such as children, teens, adults, families, people with autism, those in prison, emergency responders, and anxiety and depression.
I am passionate about helping to decrease stigmatization around mental health treatment, and improving and increasing access to mental health care for all. Moreover, I am committed to helping you become the best version of yourself, gain clarity and understanding, and feel empowered to take gradual steps toward healing.
