About me
I work with individuals and families who are ready to address deep-rooted trauma, attachment wounds, and long-standing emotional patterns that no longer serve them. My ideal clients want to understand themselves at a deeper level, heal their inner child, improve their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe counseling is most effective when it is thoughtfully tailored to each person’s unique history, emotional needs, and family dynamics.
I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and relationship stress through a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach that integrates parts-work and practical coping skills. This work focuses on strengthening emotional resilience, repairing attachment injuries, and helping clients shift patterns rooted in early experiences—so they can show up more grounded and connected in their relationships and parenting.
