When your mind feels busy and emotions feel intense, you may notice it in your body, too. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I can support you in exploring that connection and finding what feels helpful.

Hi, I’m Jaycie! I work with adults with busy minds and deep feelings. You may feel overwhelmed by how much you take in or have learned to keep your feelings hidden from others. You do what needs to be done, but inside, there’s a lot going on, and it’s becoming harder to ignore.

I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves and explore changes that feel attainable. I bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful listening to our work. Drawing from person-centered and somatic approaches, we can notice familiar patterns, make sense of how they developed, and explore what feels supportive now.

We might talk things through, explore what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body, or incorporate mindfulness, gentle movement, grounding, and creative reflection. Your emotions don’t have to disappear for life to feel more manageable. Together, we can better understand what you’re feeling, find ways to support yourself through difficult moments, and reconnect with what you need.
