About me
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) in the United Kingdom, with four years of professional experience supporting clients through various challenges. I have experience of working alongside clients with issues such as stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, loss, compassion fatigue, and parenting issues.
Having personally experienced the transformative impact of therapy, I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in the inherent resilience of every client and will work collaboratively with you to identify your strengths and navigate obstacles.
My aim is to foster a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, empathy, and mutual respect, therapeutic interventions are shaped to meet the unique needs of each client. I recognise the importance of inclusivity and diversity. I’m dedicated to creating an environment that honours and validates the unique experiences and identity of each individual.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, I am here to walk alongside you as you embark on this journey of self-care and growth.
