About me
TrueNorth Therapy provides compassionate, inclusive mental health care for people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, identities, abilities, and life experiences. We welcome children, teens, adults, couples and partners, families of every structure, parents, caregivers, veterans, service members, first responders, professionals, and community members.
Our personalized, whole-person approach recognizes that every individual’s path is unique. We provide a respectful and affirming environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported while addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth.
At TrueNorth Therapy, quality mental health care is for everyone. We honor each person’s values, strengths, goals, and lived experiences while helping them move toward healing, resilience, connection, and meaningful change.
TrueNorth Therapy — Compassionate Care for the Whole Person
TrueNorth Therapy was founded by experienced mental health professionals who understand the importance of accessible, compassionate, and individualized care. Our clinical background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, veterans, military-connected individuals, first responders, and people from diverse communities and life experiences.
Our approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. We recognize that each client has a unique history, identity, support system, and vision for their future. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, our clinicians tailor treatment to the client’s age, needs, values, preferences, and personal goals.
Through secure telehealth services, we provide a respectful and affirming environment where clients can address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, family concerns, and major life transitions. Our clinicians may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused interventions, family-systems work, and practical coping-skills development.
At TrueNorth Therapy, we believe effective care begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship. We meet clients where they are, build upon their strengths, and help them develop the insight, confidence, and practical skills needed to move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
