About me
As an experienced, licensed therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My practice focuses on helping clients address depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with compassionate, personalized care. In addition, I have a certification as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer through the Brain Injury Association of America.
I bring experience in supporting individuals struggling with worry, self-esteem concerns, communication difficulties, and emotional healing. My approach centers on understanding each person's unique journey, helping clients develop meaningful strategies for personal growth, connection, and self-understanding.
My therapeutic work encompasses a wide range of challenges, including mood disorders, chronic health conditions, family dynamics, and personal transformation. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and identify their personal strengths.
Through collaborative and empathetic counseling, I aim to help individuals build self-compassion, improve interpersonal skills, and develop effective coping mechanisms that support lasting emotional well-being.
