I am an experienced therapist who enjoys working with clients who are dealing with mood difficulties, anxiety/self-esteem, relationship stress and life changes/transitions, including medical difficulties.

I want to hear your story fully, and learn how you see yourself and your situation. From there, together we will develop a plan that is tailored to your personal needs and values.

I will work collaboratively with you to identify the therapy methods that are the most beneficial to you and make the most common sense in your life, while explaining each step in every day language.

I am also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer, with considerable experience working with survivors of traumatic brain injuries, strokes and other acquired brain injuries, along with working with caregivers.
