About me
I'm a counselor dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With experience working with diverse clients, I specialize in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of self-esteem and career transitions.
My work focuses on addressing communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, and the deeper emotional struggles that often accompany life changes—including trauma, mood disorders, and grief. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients work through guilt, shame, and abandonment wounds, as well as supporting those facing relationship challenges, workplace concerns, and identity questions.
I bring a thoughtful, client-centered approach to therapy, meeting you where you are with genuine care and respect. Whether you're working through panic, OCD, sexuality questions, or navigating major life transitions like midlife changes or fatherhood, I'm here to help you build resilience and move forward with clarity.
I'm honored by the trust my clients place in me, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in your healing journey.
