About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals, adolescents, and families navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and the pressures that often come with demanding roles.
Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to care for themselves amid everything they're managing. Others may have a quieter sense that something isn’t quite right, but haven't yet had the time or space to explore it. I support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional numbness, anger, and relationship challenges, as well as difficulties related to identity, role expectations, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and culturally responsive. I draw from a psychodynamic framework to explore how past experiences and relationships shape present emotional patterns. When appropriate, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build practical skills for managing emotions, stress, and communication.
My goal is to help clients feel more grounded and develop greater self-awareness, while working toward more balance and clarity in their daily lives. Therapy moves at a respectful, steady pace and is guided by each client's individual needs and goals.
If you are considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
