About me
I am a independently licensed therapist, specializing in treatment of trauma, grief, mood disorders, and more in adults, teens, and adolescents.
I place a lot of responsibility on myself to create and provide a safe and healing environment to assist clients in navigating their therapeutic journey. I approach my role as a therapist from a place of meeting someone where they currently are in life, and working together to identify the best plan to help you achieve your goals. I have worked with children and teens in the schools for almost four years, as well as with adults and children who have survived domestic violence. For the last year, I have been working with a broad population in private practice.
I work with presenting concerns of trauma (acute and chronic), grief, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, domestic violence, relationship struggles, and phase of life issues. I am working towards certification in EMDR, and have obtained certification in general trauma and grief treatment.
