About me

Providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy that empowers children, adolescents, families and individuals to heal and thrive.

I’m a licensed social worker with over seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and individual adults through life’s challenges. I provide therapy that is compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, with a strong belief that healing begins in a space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected.

My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, recognizing that each person is shaped by unique experiences, identities, and stressors. I work with individuals to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen self-awareness. I am also a certified couple therapy facilitator, and I am passionate about supporting couples in developing healthier communication and deeper emotional understanding using evidence-based frameworks as I continue to build my clinical experience in this area.

I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents ages 5–18, as well as individual adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and life transitions. I also value partnering with caregivers and families to strengthen support systems and promote meaningful change both inside and outside of therapy.

In my work, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop insight, and move forward with confidence. I am deeply committed to providing culturally affirming care and supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about building resilience, clarity, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your relationship, I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
