Just a little bit about me and always feel free to ask questions.
I support clients from many walks of life with a variety of day to day, and life challenges or are just wanting to work towards an overall improved mental health for themselves and/or with their partner/s.

Being a trauma informed practitioner, I also work as a psychotherapist in the field of trauma and psychosexual therapy and sexology to promote the emotional and psychosexual wellbeing of clients.

As a graduate of the University of Sydney with a Masters of Science in Medicine, my knowledge has progressed my passion to support clients to explore emotional healing and empowerment throughout the Therapeutic process and become a foundation of growth within the counselling space for clients.

I aim to provide Reflective and Effective Therapeutic support to illuminate the unlit path of the individual's journey, no matter what chapter of life they may be in.

Change can be overwhelming, though Change with great support can be an Exciting, Empowering and Healing Journey!
