About me
I'm Jared Wilhelm, and I bring over two decades of clinical experience to my work as a therapist. Throughout my career, I've supported individuals navigating some of life's most challenging moments—including depression, grief, life transitions, and questions about identity and purpose.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion and genuine connection. I work with clients on deepening self-love, improving communication, exploring forgiveness, and finding meaning during difficult seasons. I'm also experienced in supporting people through mood-related concerns, intimacy issues, and the weight of guilt and shame.
I recognize that each person's values and worldview matter deeply. Whether you're seeking a therapist who shares your faith perspective, holds conservative values, or approaches therapy from a secular standpoint, I'm committed to meeting you where you are with respect and understanding.
My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, valued, and supported as you work toward healing and growth. I believe in the power of authentic connection and the resilience within each person I work with.
