About me
I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties, bringing both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to our work together.
My practice focuses on helping people address communication patterns, process guilt and shame, and heal from trauma and loss. I have particular experience supporting military veterans, first responders, and individuals facing serious health challenges like cancer. I also work with clients experiencing dissociation, posttraumatic stress, and feelings of abandonment.
I approach therapy from a values-centered perspective, honoring the importance of faith and personal beliefs in the healing process. I create a safe, respectful space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, drawing on evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and worldview.
My goal is to walk alongside you with authenticity and care, helping you build stronger relationships, process difficult emotions, and move toward greater peace and resilience. I'm honored to support you on your journey.
