I have been working in mental health for over 30 years in different capacities. I have been working with teens and adults to help them with their anxiety, depression , anger, and stress due to transitions.
Life can feel overwhelming and be stressful at times. I focus on creating a space where people feel safe and at ease, allowing them to explore their stress and challenges while building healthier, more productive ways of thinking and living.
