About me
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what’s happening. I believe you don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out for support.
I’ve spent more than a decade helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, major life changes, and the complicated patterns that can develop from our experiences with family, attachment, and past relationships. I also work with people who are navigating divorce, midlife transitions, caregiving, workplace stress, codependency, panic, or simply questioning what comes next.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’m not interested in giving you a list of things you “should” be doing. Instead, we’ll work together to understand what’s underneath the struggle, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to help you move forward. Sometimes that means learning how to manage anxiety or communicate more effectively. Sometimes it means grieving what you didn’t receive, setting boundaries, rebuilding your sense of self, or learning to treat yourself with more compassion.
I also understand that your experiences don’t exist in a vacuum. Your culture, family, relationships, values, and identity all shape how you see yourself and the world around you. I strive to create a space where those parts of you are welcomed and respected—not something you have to explain or set aside.
Most importantly, I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and heard. My role is to listen without judgment, ask the questions that help you look at things differently, and walk alongside you as you work toward greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
You don’t have to navigate the next chapter alone. I’d be honored to help you begin.
