I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience dedicated to help individuals (ages 14+) and couples, with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, clarity, and resilience. I work with adults who are facing issues such as anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and client-centered. I believe that healing begins with feeling heard and understood.
I bring experience as a former hospital social worker, school social worker, and teacher. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents (age14+), and couples. My unique blend of clinical and educational expertise allows me to address a wide range of emotional and relational concerns.
