About me
I specialize in autism, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, trauma, addiction issues, couples issues, and blended family issues. The modalities I use are: EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy), CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
Life can be hard, I want to help. We don't always know how to manage everything on our own. When mental health issues or addiction issues are added to it things seem even harder. Having a counselor who will listen, help you figure out ways to cope, and walk with you through the journey of healing can make things more manageable. I enjoy working with individuals ages 10 through adult, couples, families, and groups.
