Licensed in AZ and WA!!! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional & Certified - DBT with 25+ years of experience in mental health. I believe in taking a balanced approach to health & healing. I think it is important to feel I am a good fit and that I hear what you are saying & wanting. I believe in building on strengths in order to heal past traumas or situations of the present moment. I use a variety of modalities in order to meet individual needs and believe that in order to fully heal, we need to address the underlying issue, not just try to manage it. I have experience working with a variety of issues including; trauma (adult & childhood), depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, job stress, substance use disorders, and transitions of aging.
