I came to counseling later in life and strive to help my clients set and achieve their own dreams and goals. I am licensed in Texas with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with motivation, self esteem, confidence, intimacy related issues, anxiety & depression. I also have experience working with and coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness but of strength. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I am also well versed in dealing with adult ADHD and related coping strategies. I have experience in the psychological aspects of living with chronic health problems.
I am not married to only one therapy type. Individual and varied issues often require varied approaches
