About me
My passion is enriching lives through counseling. I walk alongside clients in setting goals, finding emotional restoration, rebuilding relationships and re-establishing peace that they may have lost or are seeking. I take a "reality," client-centered, trauma-focused, evidence based and culturally humble approach.
Carrying the weight of trauma, stress and anxiety is overwhelming and I am here to support you through that journey. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, incarceration, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that mission.
