About me
I am a Licensed therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. I am experienced in providing individual, family and group therapy for adolescents and adults. I work with diverse populations, currently in an outpatient setting in Northern Virginia area.
Originally from New York, most of my experience as a counselor and a therapist is here in the metropolitan area of Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. I am a licensed counselor in Washington, DC and Virginia. I earned my undergraduate degree from the College of New Rochelle, N.Y. and my graduate degree from George Mason University, Va. I continue developing my skills of helping the healing process of individuals and families suffering with a myriad of emotional injuries. I am currently the Clinical Director of a new program, Catalyst Recovery and Wellness, in the Northern Virginia area. I assist people in accessing their innate healing capacity respectfully and with genuine positive regard. I have been in the field of human services for more than forty years and I know how to help.
