About me
I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional dedicated to helping adolescents and adults heal from trauma.
If you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-worth, or the lingering impact of trauma, you're not alone. You don’t have to navigate this alone either. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or sense that something needs to shift. You’re ready to better understand yourself and create a more grounded, empowered life, but you’re not sure where to start. I help adults heal from trauma, emotional neglect, and shame using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. Together, we’ll explore your story at your pace, build coping tools, and reconnect with the parts of you that feel whole, calm, and strong. Whether we're working on self-compassion, boundaries, or processing past experiences, sessions are tailored to what feels most supportive for you. If you're ready to begin that process, I welcome you to reach out! Please note: Though I do not provide therapy in Spanish, I bring a Puerto Rican cultural lens to my work and can communicate in conversational Spanish when needed.
