About me
My goal is to support you to empower yourself to make informed decisions that align with your values and desired outcomes. With over 14 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping women and first-generation/Latina professionals break cycles of codependency, quiet perfectionism, and reclaim their authentic identity. Many of my clients appear to have it all together on the outside, but internally face overwhelming cultural expectations, anxiety, and a loud inner critic. As a dual-licensed clinician in NY and CT, my approach centers heavily on nurturing a radical acceptance of your true self to alleviate the weight of life's transitions.
I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals to redefine their boundaries and take absolute ownership of their identity. Utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based approaches, our work remains highly collaborative and action-oriented. I provide practical tools to help you navigate heavy stressors, quiet perfectionism, and manage complex life transitions. For me, therapy is truly the work that you do outside of our session time. The mindful and intentional efforts you make to reflect, apply new skills, and bring fresh perspectives to your day-to-day experience—that is where real, lasting change takes place. The work I do with my clients is centered around Self-Love; nurturing a radical acceptance of your true self is often the key to alleviating a vast number of personal and relationship challenges. Together, we will build your communication skills, strengthen your confidence, and foster your innate ability to create positive, empowering change.
