About me
I am an integrative therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and compulsive behaviors while building self-compassion, healthier coping skills, and meaningful connections.
I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and practical tools that work in real life. My practice blends evidence-based interventions with a warm, collaborative approach so that you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or compulsive behaviors such as pornography or substance use. Others come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of self-criticism, apathy, or burnout. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you develop self-compassion, healthier coping skills, and a deeper sense of agency and purpose.
I draw from an integrative toolkit that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Behavioral Activation, Brainspotting, psychoeducation, parts work, and somatic grounding techniques. This flexible approach allows me to tailor each session to your needs — whether we’re focusing on managing anxiety, processing past experiences, building stronger relationships, or reclaiming joy and motivation.
I also specialize in helping clients explore the deeper roots of their struggles, such as early family dynamics, attachment wounds, and religious or sexual shame. Many of my clients are working to heal from perfectionism, conditional acceptance, or a harsh inner critic. Together, we identify the patterns that no longer serve you and develop tools to shift them with gentleness and intention.
My therapy style is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I see you as the expert on your life, and my role is to offer guidance, structure, and insight while respecting your pace and goals. Sessions may include practical strategies for the week ahead, space for emotional processing, and rituals or self-care practices to support you between appointments.
If you’re looking for a therapist who blends science, compassion, and creativity, I’d be honored to work with you. Together we can create a space for you to heal, grow, and build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with your values.
