I offer EMDR Intensives - half or full day EMDR sessions reducing the need for ongoing weekly therapy. I can offer immediate availability for in person or virtual sessions. I know healing is possible. If you are feeling stuck in negative emotional patterns and behaviors? I believe and support the body and brain’s natural capacity to heal and will work alongside you to develop and utilize through resources. My approach is individualized and collaborative to your experience and needs.
