About me
With over 12 years of clinical and case management experience, I help individuals move through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity questions with clarity and purpose. My clients often come to me during moments of crisis or change, looking for insight, grounding, and sustainable paths forward.
Welcome. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or simply seeking meaningful change, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and informed by a diverse professional background that includes forensic psychology, legal systems, crisis intervention, and community-based care. I have experience working with serious mental illness, dual diagnoses, and individuals navigating complex life systems, including disability services, court processes, and social supports.
In addition to therapy, I also specialize in comprehensive immigration evaluations and career counseling, blending psychological insight with deep knowledge of systems and identity work. I’m trained in risk and safety assessments, crisis de-escalation, and trauma-informed care. Whether you're in immediate crisis or facing long-term questions about direction, relationships, or meaning, I provide a compassionate, structured space to explore what matters most to you.
With a Master's in Clinical Forensic Psychology and a Juris Doctorate, I bring both clinical depth and systemic insight to our work together. My goal is to empower you through understanding, resilience, and connection.
