About me
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, grief, or depression take hold, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a pastoral counselor, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, find hope, and begin healing. With a personalized approach rooted in faith, empathy, and evidence-based strategies, I’ll walk with you every step of the way. Together, we can uncover the strength and peace already within you, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity. Let’s take the first step toward healing—together.
My practice centers around the belief that true healing involves the integration of mind, body, and spirit. I work with clients of all backgrounds, offering pastoral counseling that respects your faith, values, and unique needs. I offer both one-on-one sessions and group support in a variety of settings, including in-person and virtual meetings.
Whether you're seeking emotional healing, spiritual guidance, or help managing life stressors, I provide practical tools alongside pastoral wisdom to help you regain a sense of balance and peace. My sessions are rooted in a Christ-centered framework, but I also welcome individuals from all faiths and backgrounds.
