As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Brainspotting, I can help you heal and find freedom from intrusive memories, thoughts, and negative feelings for good. As your therapist my goal is to provide a confidential, safe, and trusting relationship in which you feel completely comfortable to share whatever is going on in your life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC (FL State License #MH20638), and a highly trained clinician with 9+ years of experience. I specializes in treating trauma, including single incident and complex trauma, childhood trauma, and PTSD. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I help clients process and heal from life-altering pain so they can experience freedom and get back to the life they deserve.

I have personally faced difficult life circumstances that make it easy for me to relate to and understand the pain of my clients. Because I have experienced healing from my own traumatic past, I am able to offer hope and motivation, two things every individual needs in order to experience change. My empathy and compassion are felt by each of my clients as they courageously share and heal.

Each person is unique and deserves tailored treatment to fit their needs. For this reason, I am trained in various evidence-based modalities, including: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting (BSP), and Somatic Experiencing (SE), all of which are powerful trauma therapies that accomplish rapid and lasting change. Many of my clients experience total healing from traumatic memories in 1-5 sessions with these powerful techniques. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a technique that utilizes rapid eye movements to process and heal from traumatic memories. I have seen miracles as individuals, adults and children alike, heal from tormenting memories that have haunted them for years. You can be free of the things that linger in your mind! Brainspotting is similar in that it utilizes the visual field to process difficult memories, emotions, and physical sensations to bring relief and healing.

My husband and I have been happily married for over 13 years, have three amazing children, and one highly-energetic dog. We love family travel, fitness, worshiping God and spending time outdoors enjoying His beautiful handiwork.
