Working as an independent provider providing psychiatric care from my office, White Hart PMH, I help clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder by establishing an understanding of the progression and management of these conditions improving the overall quality of personal, academic, and professional life by bringing together physiologic (medication management), psychologic (psychotherapy support, cognitive processes, mindfulness), and lifestyle (food as medicine, physical activity strategies, avoidance or reduction of risky substances). Treatment is holistic focusing on multiple pillars of health.

Improved mental health and wellness require a focus on multiple dimensions of health, physiologic, psychologic, and healthy lifestyle. When medications are indicated for the treatment of depression, anxiety, and ADHD, my clients become well-informed and make medical decisions through a collaborative process. Other aspects of health will always receive focus.

Comprehensive ADHD care includes a thorough initial assessment, diagnosis, medication when indicated, and psychotherapy support targeting the various dimensions of ADHD experiences.

Both medication and non-medication treatment options will be presented during the course of assessment and initiation of care. Initial ADHD evaluations are conducted in person to meet the anticipated plan for restored DEA prescribing guidelines and to allow a short physical assessment (obtaining blood pressure and heart rate, etc.).
