About me
I have been a therapist for the past 37 years since retiring from full-time work last December. This includes many years of individual and couples therapy. I am thought to be a compassionate listener with good ability to help people be attended to and challenged, where appropriate. I have experience in diverse levels of mental health and addiction care including Inpatient, Partial Hospital/Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient departments over these years in Massachusetts and Connecticut. I appreciate the work that we do to help those struggling with emotions and behaviors in life while looking to grow and cope through the process. I look forward to working with you.
