About me
I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 25 years here in Williamsville, NY. I work with adults, children & families using a wide range of modalities. These include mindfulness, cognitive-affective-behavioral methods and traditional insight-oriented psychotherapy.
Before full time private practice, I was on the faculty of the local medical school coordinating studies of, for example, psychobiology factors in depression and PTSD. I opened Amherst Psychotherapy a couple decades ago in Williamsville, NY.
