About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging experiences. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to meeting each person where they are.
I specialize in helping clients work through social anxiety, phobias, posttraumatic stress, and attachment-related issues. I also have significant experience supporting men's mental health, including concerns around commitment, codependency, infidelity, and fatherhood. I've worked with individuals healing from domestic violence, military and veterans navigating readjustment, and those addressing substance use and process addictions.
My therapeutic style is direct, honest, and client-centered. I believe in creating a space where you feel heard and respected, free from judgment. Whether you're processing forgiveness, navigating divorce, or working through complex relational patterns, I'm here to support your growth and healing at your own pace.
I'm honored by the trust clients place in me, and I'm committed to walking alongside you through your journey toward greater peace and resilience.
