About me
Life can feel overwhelming when past experiences continue to show up as anxiety, stress, or emotional exhaustion. You may notice patterns that don’t make sense, feel stuck in survival mode, or carry a heaviness you can’t quite name. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and begin responding to life with more clarity and self-compassion. You don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone—healing is possible, and support can make the path forward feel more steady and manageable.
I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that honors how your experiences have shaped you. Sessions are thoughtful, supportive, and paced to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll build insight, practical tools, and a sense of safety that supports meaningful change.
I work with multiple platforms, including Headway, (website link,) and Grow Therapy at https://growtherapy.com/book-appointment?id=34671&utm_source=provider-sourced&utm_medium=booking-link&utm_campaign=provider-dashboard so I take most insurance plans.
