About me
Are you feeling like life is a constant uphill battle? Do you ever think, “Why does it feel like the rug keeps getting pulled out from under me?” If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in cycles of self-doubt and low motivation, you’re not alone. Life’s challenges can feel relentless, but seeking support is a powerful first step—and it shows tremendous strength. Together, we can navigate these challenges and help you build greater resilience and confidence.
I incorporate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to support your unique needs and help you build the tools for lasting change. My ideal client to work with are young adults, college students, justice-involved, and people in crisis or experiencing life transitions.
I take a person-centered approach, meaning you are in the driver’s seat of your own journey. In a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, you’ll have the freedom to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. My role is to provide empathy, validation, and guidance, helping you gain new insights and discover your inner strength.
