About me
I'm a therapist with a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.
My practice centers on helping you explore deeper issues like self-worth, communication patterns, life purpose, guilt, shame, and forgiveness. I'm also experienced in supporting clients working through attachment challenges, dissociation, posttraumatic stress, body image concerns, codependency, and commitment issues. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating major life transitions, or seeking greater clarity and healing, I'm here to help. I am also trained in EMDR.
I believe in creating a therapeutic space that honors who you are and where you come from. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for your autonomy and values. I'm committed to walking alongside you with authenticity, compassion, and genuine care as you move toward greater peace and wholeness.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
