About me
I'm a licensed therapist practicing in Virginia and North Carolina. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and trauma. My approach is grounded in understanding the unique experiences and identities of the people I serve.
I specialize in supporting clients through complex emotional experiences such as grief, guilt, shame, and isolation. I also work with individuals facing significant life transitions—including divorce, postpartum challenges, workplace stress, and questions about life purpose and self-worth. Additionally, I have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and trauma, as well as those working through issues related to addiction, adoption, and family dynamics.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and honoring your individual story, strengths, and values. Whether you're processing past pain, navigating current relationships, or seeking greater self-compassion and forgiveness, I'm here to provide thoughtful, compassionate support.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
