About me
As a therapist, I work with individuals (13 and older) facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, PTSD, and I'm a Certified ADHD Professional. I enjoy working with high school and college students who are trying to navigate the rapidly changing world and people who are new to therapy. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology at Washington State University and my Master's in Social Work at the University of Washington. I spent 2 years serving in Peace Corps (Bulgaria), then worked in non-profits, government, and higher education jobs for nearly 15 years before switching to a career in mental health.
My practice is based in principles of CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I use a collaborative approach, tailored to each person's unique experiences and goals. Together, we'll identify obstacles, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
The fact that you are still reading this right now shows that you're serious about getting support for yourself or a loved one. I'm here to help. Please reach out and we'll see if I'm a good fit for you and your goals. Thanks!
