About me
I'm a therapist with a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in helping people build healthier communication patterns, strengthen their sense of purpose, and work through feelings of isolation, shame, and guilt.
I specialize in supporting clients facing panic disorder, social anxiety, attachment issues, and mood-related challenges. I also work with individuals managing workplace stress, family dynamics, divorce and separation, and major life transitions including midlife shifts and young adult development. For men specifically, I offer focused support around identity, fatherhood, commitment concerns, and broader men's issues.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's holding you back and discover your own path forward. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you develop insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds and belief systems. If you're ready to take that first step toward healing and growth, I'm here to support you.
